BEHIND THE DEVELOPMENT

A diversified group.
Built over generations.

TSLAW Group operates across property development and investment, steel manufacturing and trading, and mining-related investments. Its real estate interests include residential developments, commercial properties, leasing and investment assets in Malaysia and abroad.

The Group’s steel interests have an association with Hiap Teck Venture Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. This is a connection to a listed steel-sector business; TSLAW Land is not itself a listed property developer. The distinction reflects the wider Group’s industrial heritage without suggesting that Skyline One Sentosa or its project developer is listed.
